Alphabet Soup is an inclusive, safe, monthly hangout for LGBTQIA+ teens and allies (grades 7-12) that meets on the first Tuesday of the month at St. Charles County Library’s Kathryn Linnemann Branch from 3:30-4:30pm. Every first and third Friday of the month Proud Art STL hosts an art workshop for LGBTQAI+ Teens featuring various ways to express oneself through art (taught local artists). 

Schedule and location may vary so please check their website for what workshops are coming up!

NAMI St. Louis PRISM Support Group is a free, peer-led group for any adult (18 or older) who identifies as LGBTQ+ and has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. You will gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others, and the groups are led trained leaders who’ve been there and are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
